Hello to All –

I can’t put my Farm House (which is house #5) by Blackbird Designs down. It is really coming along nicely and I already have the frame picked out. I’m stitching it on Lakeside Linen Rue Green 36 count and I LOVE it!!


I think I’m officially becoming obsessed with my work. I’m consistently feeling like I’m so behind on all of my stitching. I truly had thought I would have a lot of my Christmas Gift Stitching done by now…LOL!!!! Actually I think I will have one finished yet today. My goal is one a month from now on…we will see how well I do at that goal.

One of my customers has been stitching the Blackbird Designs Anniversaries of the Heart series on one piece of linen!!!! It is really gorgeous! The sixth and seventh charts as well as the first bonus piece should be released soon. Let me know if you want to order the charts that have been released and go on auto for the rest of them!

Coming in August a new Sampler area: I will be featuring several Samplers in the section, some new releases as well as some “new to FanciMats” piece. Here’s just a sneak-peek of some of the pieces I will have in the shop:

The next ornament is Peppermint Patty! As always it’s going to be so cute! And even more good news, Diane has decided to do another series of 12 pieces!!! Let me know if you want to be on Auto for them. She also has Sarah Street - Faithfulness, a woodsy design called Tall Pines coming in July!!!

Just released a new piece ‘My Token of Love’:


Very nice chart and of course can be personalized. There is an extra chart in the back (A Token of Love) which I’m trying to get stitched up for the shop. I will try and have it at the counter so you can watch the progress on it.

Blackbird Designs
Has posted a picture of the newest chart in the Anniversaries of the Heart series. It’s so sweet. "Happy Birthday" is Barb's design. She put both her and Alma’s initials on it. They were born in the same year. She thought the "happy birthday dear friend" greeting could be changed if you wanted. It could read "Welcome new one", or "Happy anniversary", or even "I like you best!". Whatever suits you. They are also releasing a new Reward of Merit called Rose Garden that is gorgeous too. The charts should ship this week so I hope I have them next week. Let me know if you want to pre-order either of these charts. Of course, if you are on auto for the Anniversaries series I already have your chart on order :-).


Last Call !!!!!
As you may or may not know Kathy Barrick-Dieters of Carriage House Samplings has decided to retire from designing. I can still order her charts but only for a short time! Please check your stash and her website to be sure you have all the pieces you want. She will be greatly missed!

Reminders:
* Shop Hop is the entire month of July. It is a wonderful way to see the different shops in CO and WY and bonus one’s if you want to travel up to Estes Park for the day.

* Lizzie Kate Trunk Show the entire month of July. Who can’t resist Lizzie Kate?

* The 2nd Wednesday of every month is ‘Stitch Night’ from 4 – 8. The group is really growing and we are having a great time. Please stop by and join us even if it is only for an hour or two.

* Another Trunk Show in August….actually it will be merchandise only from My Big Toe. Debbie has some really nice pieces so mark your calendar to see these nice designs during the month of August. I’m working on getting a few models in the shop……hint hint….if anyone has a My Big Toe piece please call me so we can talk.
